C. Mail to Me:

1. This Trip Reservation Form for each person - print, complete, and mail to me

2. Reservation Deposit of $500.00 per person - make checks payable to "Pan Pacific Journeys, Inc." or the Reservation Deposit can be made by credit card. For the Credit Card form click here.

3. Photo copy of Passport for each person - If your passport needs to be renewed, It is acceptable to mail or fax me a copy of your passport at a latter date, but I need your EXACT NAME as it appears on your passport for the reservation. Passport expiration must be after May 1, 2012.

5. Paying by Credit Card: Scan the completed and signed Credit Card Form, scan the Reservation Form(s) and your passport(s) and email them to me at sandy@52Best.com or fax them to me at 972-499-2300.

6. IMPORTANT to Reserve your Place: As soon as you have sent me the above three items, please email me at sandy@52Best.com or phone me 972-702-0000 to reserve your space.

D. Additional Information:

1. Visa for India and for Dubai: A visa is required for U.S. citizens traveling to India. Each of us will get our own visa for which the Indian embassy recommends the India Visa Center for information click here. We will obtain or visa for Dubai upon arrival at the Dubai International Airport. Presently there is no charge for the visa. For Dubai visa details click here.

2. Providing Own International Air?: If you would prefer to meet us in Dubai and provide all of your own round trip air transportation to Dubai and New Dehli and return, the price of the trip is $833.00 less. Makre sure you coordinate your air schedule to coincide with others. You will need to provide your own ground transportation to and from the airport and hotels.

4. Deposit Becomes Firm: The airline and hotel reservations are firm on June 1, 2011, at which time the Reservation Deposit becomes non-refundable.

5. Final Payment: The Final Payment for the balance of the basic tour price of $3,850.00 plus any options and additional costs will be due on or before June 30, 2011.
